We found this at an Asian market and had to try it. It's a tofu/gelatin-like block made from the flour of the konjac (a tuber, but unrelated to what we normally call tubers), and seaweed. We used it in a stir-fry. Apparently it's valued more for its texture rather than taste (which was kind of bland...although I don't know what I expected!)分類:cake, asian, yam, block, konnyaku...
